Weiwei Leung sells prints and objects on weiweileung.com. Stripe and Paypal are the only payment channels used on this website in order to process transactions and shippings securely. weiweileung.com supports most credit and debit cards. Any dispute or refund will be processed via the chosen payment platform. No further information of the buyer is collected other than the minimum necessary data such as the receipient’s name and address. You can visit Stripe for their privacy policy here and Paypal’s privacy policy here. weiweileung.com does not store any information from the buyer.
II. Shipping cost and time
1. Delivery to listed countries:
Shipments within Europe are sent with these couriers with tracking method offered: DHL, UPS, DPD, Royal Mail or Hermes. Confirmed purchase will be shipped within 1-2 working days. When the stock is low, please allow 3-5 extra working days for production before shipping. Delivery time is usually within 3-5 working days, if there is no exceptional circumstances occur.
2. Special items & delivery to non-listed countries:
For items that do not have direct-order fuction (without the “Add to cart” button), and for international orders ship to non-listed countries, purchases shall be carried out on the basis of a mutual agreement between the buyer and Weiwei Leung by E-mail communications.
International delivery to non-listed countries is possible upon request. Availability, postage cost and shipping time may vary depending on the country. Shipments are sent with these couriers with tracking method offered: DHL, UPS, DPD, Royal Mail or Hermes.
The buyer is adviced to contact before purchase. If the buyer has filled in a shipping address outside of Europe and completed a payment, they should contact Weiwei Leung by email for a delivery arrangement within 7 working days. By placing an order, the international buyer agrees that any extra postage cost based on the courier’s final quote needs to be paid in order to complete the shipment. After 7 working days, Weiwei Liang reserves the right to cancel the order. The buyer will be refunded in full via Paypal.
III. Return and refund
All the pieces are packed and sent with care. Weiwei Liang is not responsible for any damage or lost caused during the delivery. The buyer can return item(s) that are with flaws or wrong item within 3 working days after delivery. The buyer is responsible for the return postage cost. After Weiwei Leung receives the returned item(s) in their original conditions, a refund of the item’s purchase price will be send back to the buyer through the original payment channel within 7 working days.
